Well, hello! Welcome & thanks for visiting Phoenix Rising Coaching! I’m honored that you’ve invested your time to explore the possibility of transforming your life through a dynamic life coaching experience!

What is coaching?

The ICF (International Coach Federation) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Unlike counseling and therapy, which explore the past, coaching helps you to discover how to move forward towards whatever goals and dreams your heart desires. Coaching is about empowerment, action and accountability but most importantly, it’s about helping you RISE to your true self and SHINE like the star that you are!!

How does this work?

Our sessions will be conducted over the telephone. You chose the topic or challenge that you want to discuss. I will ask some thought provoking, explorative questions and together, our collaborative partnership will help you walk away from each session with more clarity.

Coaching, especially my unique style of coaching, is not about telling you what to do. All the solutions & strategies are deep within you and I help bring them to the surface and use them to help you overcome whatever life experience you’re dealing with. It’s a full heart, mind & soul experience but you will leave our time together feeling reborn, renewed & refreshed!

What’s with the Phoenix?

The Phoenix is a mythological bird that is said to obtain new life by periodically consuming itself with fire and rising from the ashes even more beautiful than before. Connected to the sun, the Phoenix is a symbol of resilience, rebirth & resurrection. Like the phoenix, when life throws us a little fire, we owe it to ourselves to RISE from those ashes stronger and wiser.
